*Between Hiroshi Kuronaga, Ryuhei Sasagawa, and Izumi Kanai, one was supplied with an Ingram M10 machine pistol, as this is possessed by Kazuo Kiriyama by the time Mitsuru Numai meets with him. Therefore, he must have taken the gun from one of his stabbing victims. It is never specified which one of the three received it. In this adaption; it is most likely that Ryuhei Sasagawa had it, because Kiriyama stabbed everyone before shooting Numai, and Sasagawa was the last one of the victims released from the school (probably the last to reach Kiriyama). After Sasagawa was killed, Kiriyama had a firearm to use.
