Sayaka (沙耶香, Sayaka) is a minor character in Battle Royale II: Requiem.
Backstory[]
Nothing is known about Sayaka's backstory other than she joined Wild Seven to fight against the Japanese government. It's possible Sayaka was a previous BR winner.
During the Program[]
Sayaka fired at the students until Saki Sakurai noticed they were wearing explosive collars. Sayaka escaped with the children and surviving students and made it to Afghanistan. When Shuya Nanahara and Takuma Aoi reunited with them, Sayaka left with Shuya, Noriko Nakagawa, and the children to rebuild Wild Seven.
Etymology[]
- The name Sayaka means "sand" (沙) (sa), "question mark" (耶) (ya) and "fragrance, fragrant" (香) (ka).
