Shoko (翔子, Shōko) is a minor character in Battle Royale II: Requiem.

Backstory

Nothing is known about Shoko's past other than she joined Wild Seven to fight against the Japanese government. She might have been a previous winner of the Program.

During the Program

Shoko fired at the students until Saki Sakurai noticed they were wearing explosive collars. Shoko participated in fighting the ATAT to buy the children and students time to escape. Though she isn't seen, she was killed by the soldiers since Shuya Nanahara was the only member who escaped to Afghanistan.

Etymology

• The name Shoko means "soar, glide, fly" (翔) (sho) and "child" (子) (ko).
